Introducing KALDERO: a new upscale restaurant in Dublin City Centre celebrating a trio of Asian cuisines

Eclective is delighted to announce the launch of KALDERO, an exciting new upscale Asian restaurant in the heart of Dublin city that opens on Friday 22nd November.

Inspired by the bold and vibrant culinary traditions of The Philippines, Southeast Asia and India, the collaboration menu has been crafted by three acclaimed chefs: Richie Castillo, Daren Liew, & Alfred Prasad, India’s youngest chef awarded a Michelin star.

The menu at Kaldero is designed for a shared dining experience, offering small plates, sharing mains and sides, complemented by a cocktail and drinks menu created by Gareth Lambe, founder of the Vintage Cocktail Club.

Located below street level, the atmosphere is moody and relaxed with contemporary interiors designed by Dublin-based O’Donnell O’Neill, who previously designed the Stella Cinema, Doolally and Mama Yo.

The name Kaldero, meaning ‘pot’ in Tagalog, reflects the restaurant’s ethos: a vibrant, contemporary restaurant that promises to be a cultural hub in Dublin, celebrating the best of Asian flavours, contemporary design, art, and music.
