Your data is retained because you have previously applied for a position, inquired about employment, or engaged with Eclective regarding job opportunities. If your application was unsuccessful at the time, we may keep your details on file for future opportunities. Should a suitable position arise, we may contact you.

Data Retention Period
We retain your personal data for 12 months. If further contact is made within that period, your data may be kept for an extended period unless you request its removal.
Where Your Data is Stored and Who Has Access
Your data is securely stored within our email filing system. It may be shared with hiring managers within Eclective for screening across suitable positions. The Human Resources Team has access to the database.
