Gender pay gap report 2024

At Eclective, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and fair workplace where all employees have the opportunity to grow and succeed. Addressing the gender pay gap is an important part of this commitment.

The gender pay gap measures the difference in average hourly earnings between men and women across an organisation. While it does not indicate unequal pay for equal work, it highlights broader structural imbalances, particularly in senior roles. Our latest data shows a mean gender pay gap of 9.2% and a median gap of 1.9%, with fewer women currently holding the highest-paid positions.

We are actively working to close this gap through transparent pay audits, leadership development programs, and equal access to training and career progression. We also prioritise employee engagement, ensuring that all voices are heard and valued in shaping an inclusive workplace.

By taking meaningful steps, we aim to create a workplace where talent and ambition are recognised equally, regardless of gender.
