Siobhan joined Eclective in 2022 in Operations and now works for the group as a Portfolio Executive for our restaraunts. She oversees restaurant performance and leads recruitment and retention initiatives groupwide. Known for her people-first mindset, she excels in problem-solving, customer service and team development. She supports a wide range of HR and operational needs.
