Tristan leads the commercial strategy at Eclective, driving growth across 28 venues and over 900+ team members. A key force behind the group’s 2025 rebrand, he brings 22+ years of hospitality experience, including leadership at CLIFF Group. Known for his strategic commercial vision and brand acumen, Tristan shapes guest experiences that are as innovative as they are memorable.

Appointed in 2025, Aideen leads Eclective’s finance function with over 14 years’ experience across global organisations. Previously with Kerry Group and GPT Group in Australia, she brings expertise in FP&A, transformation, and strategic finance. A Chartered Accountant and tax specialist, Aideen combines technical excellence with a sharp commercial lens to support Eclective’s continued growth.

Claire brings nearly two decades of hospitality know-how and a passion for people-driven growth. Since joining in 2020, she’s climbed the ranks to lead sales and business development at Eclective, where she crafts strategy, sparks new opportunities, and powers performance. With a hospitality degree and sharp commercial instincts, Claire is all about turning connections into momentum.

A brand builder at heart, Chetna brings 15+ years of marketing muscle and a global edge to Eclective. With experience spanning Dubai to Dublin, she joined in 2022 and quickly scaled from seven brands to 25. Armed with a BA in Marketing and a flair for strategy and storytelling, Chetna blends insight, creativity, and impact in every campaign.

With over 30 years in hospitality, Susan began her career at Marco Pierre White’s 3-star Michelin restaurant in London and held senior roles across premium venues. Since joining in 2017, she’s brought a wealth of expertise to Eclective. As Head of Brand Operations, Susan leads on operational standards, staffing, and cost control specifically across the Wowburger brand.

Karl Geraghty is the Head of Stella Cinemas and a leading figure in Dublin’s entertainment scene, known for establishing The Workman’s Club and reviving the iconic Stella Cinema as Ireland’s first luxury cinema.

Siobhan joined Eclective in 2022 in Operations and now works for the group as a Portfolio Executive for our restaraunts. She oversees restaurant performance and leads recruitment and retention initiatives groupwide. Known for her people-first mindset, she excels in problem-solving, customer service and team development. She supports a wide range of HR and operational needs. A true all-rounder, Siobhan brings clarity, energy, and results to every project.
