Delivery

E-gift cards arrive by email. Physical cards are sent to the address you give us, and we confirm the delivery date when we reply.

Payment

We invoice you.

Christmas

December delivery takes longer, so order physical cards early. We confirm the last date for Christmas delivery when we reply.

Using it

Gift cards are valid for 5 years from purchase at every Eclective venue, and any balance stays on the card. Experience vouchers can be used for the experience shown, at the venue named, for 12 months; after that they become a gift card worth the price paid, valid at any venue until 5 years from purchase.
